Refund policy

At Inkless Is More, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality laser tattoo removal services. Your satisfaction is our priority. However, please read our refund policy carefully to understand our terms:

REFUNDS

  1. Consultation Fees
    All initial consultations are free. These appointments include a thorough skin assessment and personalized treatment plan to ensure the best results.

  2. Treatment Sessions

    • Once a treatment session has commenced, it is non-refundable.
    • If you experience an adverse reaction directly related to our laser removal process and documented by a certified dermatologist, we may consider a partial refund or complimentary follow-up session at our discretion.
  3. Prepaid Packages
    For clients who purchase treatment packages in advance:

    • If you decide to cancel before the start of your first session, a full refund will be issued, minus a 10% administrative fee.
    • Once a package has been partially used, refunds will not be provided for any remaining sessions.
  4. Cancellations and No-Shows

    • To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be rescheduled without penalty.
    • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a forfeited session or a charge equivalent to one session from your package.
  5. Results Disclaimer
    Tattoo removal results may vary based on factors such as tattoo age, ink type, and skin type. While we strive to achieve the best outcomes, we cannot guarantee  complete removal at any time. Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with results.
